The Scrum Alliance has announced the appointment of Dean Hanson as Chief Growth Officer as the organization builds and scales its sales function, strengthens channel partnerships, and accelerates enterprise growth. Hanson joins the executive leadership team at a pivotal time as Scrum Alliance expands its reach and impact in the enterprise agility space.
Hanson joins CEO Tristan Boutros and the executive leadership team at Scrum Alliance. In this new role, Hanson will lead the organization’s growth strategy, driving new business-to-business development, expanding channel partnerships, and increasing adoption of Scrum Alliance’s training and certification offerings by enterprises worldwide.

Based in Austin, Texas, Hanson will collaborate across marketing, product, membership, and delivery teams to execute growth initiatives and forge partnerships that support organizations in their agile transformations. As a member of the leadership team, he will also help shape organizational strategy and work closely with the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors.
