The Scrum Alliance has launched a new microcredential course: BDD for Agile Teams. This 8.5-hour course equips development teams with the skills to build the right product the right way by integrating behavior-driven development (BDD) practices into their workflow.
“Slow, error-prone development processes not only hinder innovation but also risk delivering products that miss the mark,” said Scrum Alliance Chief Executive Officer Tristan Boutros. “With BDD for Agile Teams, we’re offering a course with a proven approach that enhances communication, aligns teams with customer needs, and drives better business outcomes. This course empowers teams to deliver the right features with confidence—ensuring stronger engagement, collaboration, and a sharper focus on what truly matters to users.”
Learners will discover how BDD makes it possible to align features with what users and businesses need most, manage the inherent uncertainties in software development, and convert stakeholder insights into reliable delivery. With BDD, teams will gain a crystal-clear picture of what needs to be built and can speak the language of their users—driving better product alignment and quality.
